Not every important detail has seen daylight regarding the true events involving Ichabod Crane’s Sleepy Hollow adventure. His first failed attempts to impress the lady Katrina are known by only a select few. For that matter, the true reason for the disappearance of the headless horseman is rare information.
Overwhelmed by the tedious work of uncovering the secrets behind the headless horseman, Ichabod found he was lacking the “cool” to impress Katrina. This was when his long time friend, Elle Woods of Harvard, popped onto the scene. Between Ichabod’s investigations of the headless horseman, Elle taught him not only the “bend and snap” but even how to flip his hair while batting his eyes. The coaching was strenuous and could have made for a fascinating montage.
Though her lessons should have sufficed to help Ichabod win over the lovely Katrina, Elle even resorted to loaning Ichabod her infamous pink bunny ears. Not many people like to admit that was actually how he took care of the headless horseman. Having scared the horseman out of town with his pink bunny ears and odd antics, he finally did win Katrina’s heart.
